Phil joined GCW in 2013 having gained valuable retail experience in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Property & Asset management team. He works on a variety of projects for owners throughout the UK, providing leasing and strategic asset management advice especially on large multi-let schemes where he has a specific interest in asset repositioning.  

As someone who is passionate about creating vibrant and unique locations, Phil leads GCW’s mixed use projects working with a number of recognisable developers across London.  

A self-professed movie buff, Phil spends most of his spare time immersed in cinema, complaining about Arsenal FC, watching boxing or pretending to understand F1 racing.
